Isabella Rapino - Instructor and Choreographer
Associate B.A.T.D Jazz, A.D.A.P.T. Tap and Jazz Certified, PBT Certified
Isabella began her dance journey at the age of 4 with the Ireland Academy of Dance. She studied almost every genre offered to her whether it be recreationally, competitively, or pre-professionally. In 2015, Isabella graduated from the Pre-Professional Program offered by the Quinte Ballet School. Her overall studies have been recognized with awards and scholarships, including Dance Ontario’s honorary 2015 Jacque Foesier Youth Dance Award.
Isabella learned fast that her passion for dance went beyond her own performing and began teaching in 2012. She is now a certified teacher in B.A.T.D. jazz, A.D.A.P.T. jazz and tap, and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). Ballet, lyrical/contemporary, and hip hop are also a joy for Isabella to teach.
Isabella has been recognized with many accolades since she began competitive choreography in 2014, including placing first at the 2017 Embrace Dance Choreography Competition. Aside from competitive choreography, she has choreographed for special events such as Tyler Shaw Live In Concert and has guest taught at workshops. Isabella strives to showcase the fullest potential of her students and most enjoys the creative process they share.
